On a personal level, I have breastfeed four children and assisted with 11 breastfeeding grandchildren so I am intimately familiar with and sympathetic to the challenges of parenting and breastfeeding.
My goal is to blend baby’s and mother’s needs to achieve your breastfeeding ambitions!

My enthusiasm for breastfeeding comes from the magic of helping over 10,000 mothers breastfeed, many from the moment of birth!
My goal is guiding you through the process of establishing breastfeeding by integrating your baby’s instinctual breastfeeding behaviors with your comfort and confidence.
I have spent my career as an RN at Kaiser Permanente, Hoag Hospital, and Long Beach Memorial starting in the newborn nursery, prenatal education, and moving to post partum and labor & delivery recovery.
I became International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2011 and was responsible for lactation services on a busy post partum floor which included a high risk population and educating both parents and staff.
I have also taught prenatal breastfeeding and childbirth classes and encourage a prenatal visit to get the best possible start.
